Hi! My name is Lauren Brynjelsen, I am a local Barrington resident and the proud  business owner of One Life Kitchen. While going back to school to further my education in the Nutrition and Health Coaching field, I started dreaming of what it be like to combine by knowledge of nutrition with my passion for cooking, fitness and entertaining and turn it into a business. Creating a name that embodies the YOLO belief, One Life Kitchen is an atmosphere where guests gather to find nourishment for the body, mind and soul.
